This is Nanny, the matriarch of our herd. As you can see, she has traditional boer markings and she has provided us with many fine offspring. In fact, to show there is still life in the old girl, Nanny gave birth to a fine young buck on February 2, 2015.
This is Valentine, one of Nanny's girls.
Here is one of our new arrivals named Skipper. She is a wonderful 100% ABGA registered boer.
This is Stella. She is a 100% boer, dual registered (ABGA/USBGA), that we purchased a few years ago from someone who was having difficulty caring for her. She was in pretty bad shape when she came to the farms, but she is doing fine now and is the mother of one of our young females named Patches.
This pretty girl is Patches. She is out of Stella and she is a new Mother to a beautiful paint doe born in early January, 2013.
This beautiful girl is our Stormy. She is a 100% boer, dual registered, who is almost completely red, with just one small white "boot" and two white toes on her hind legs.
This girl is our Melody. She came to us with her Sister, Harmony and they were inseparable. Melody recently had three new kids with a great deal of difficulty. Two of her kids died soon after birth, but one buck survived. Unfortunately, all this was just too much for Melody and she died. Her surviving buck was taken in by a very kind lady with dairy goats. He seems to be doing fine and really seems to be a survivor.
This is Spotsy. She is out of Harmony, and she just had three wonderful, healthy bucks. Photos to come.
Here is one of the owners with a newborn doe named de Cherie. She was born on April 27, 2013. She is also a 100 % ABGA registered boer. Some might say this photo shows the contrast between an old and a young goat!
This is another of our newborns named Baby-Girl, shown here with our resident old goat.
